Andrew works with individuals and families to create personalized investment and financial planning strategies through different stages of life. He also works with his corporate clients to design and manage their company retirement plans as well as develop and deliver employee financial education. Additionally, Andrew plays a crucial role on VLP’s Investment Committee, providing extensive investment research and due diligence work. Andrew has been quoted in numerous media outlets including CNBC, InvestmentNews, and Marketwatch to provide commentary on the current economic landscape.
Andrew is involved in the Financial Planning Association National Capital Area as a board member, specifically the board chairman of the NexGen committee. Through his role, Andrew collaborates with other young advisors in the DC Metro area to promote the growth of the financial planning profession.
Andrew graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Finance – Certified Financial Planning and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Andrew is a Northern Virginia native, having grown up in Purcellville. He’s a huge DC sports fan and loves exploring the social life of DC and his current home city of Arlington. He’s living greater when he’s on the lake kayaking, tubing in the summer or skiing in the winter.

Sean Beznicki, CFA Investment Professional
Sean Beznicki brings a high level of market knowledge and in-depth insight to the firm. He contributes his deep understanding of the capital markets and experience with portfolio positioning, outlook, and implementation toward the investment goals of high-net-worth families, individuals, and small institutions.
Prior to joining VLP, Sean held positions with Glassman Wealth Services and Artemis Financial Advisors, where he worked to create and maintain holistic financial models for clients, as well as with Andersen Tax in McLean, where he served as a trusted advisor to institutional and high-net-worth clients.
Sean holds an M.B.A. concentrated in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Sean and his wife Claire live with their corgi puppy in the Washington, D.C. area where they enjoy the numerous beer gardens, music venues, and strolls through the National Arboretum or Rock Creek Park.
