With over 15 years of operational management experience, Nicholas brings a wealth of leadership and strategic insight to VLP. His career began in retail, where he successfully managed a multi-million-dollar clothing store with a team of 50+ employees for five years. He then transitioned into the financial sector, spending a decade at Wells Fargo—six of those years as a Regional Banking Branch Manager.

He is deeply passionate about coaching and development, consistently supporting individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. Known for his strength in auditing and operations, he has been a trusted resource to both senior leaders and junior colleagues alike. His move to VLP marks a seamless transition, aligning with his commitment to driving operational excellence and empowering teams to reach new heights.

He also holds the SHRM-SCP credential, underscoring his expertise in Human Resource Management and his dedication to fostering strong, people-centered workplaces. 

Outside of work, he is a dedicated martial artist with over 12 years of experience. He holds a 3rd Dan black belt and is a certified Tae Kwon Do instructor. He and his wife, together for over 14 years, share a love for hiking and traveling—Living Greater for him is living life to the fullest by embracing the experiences he cherishes most.
