After nine years in the field, Sarah is focused on helping clients who come to VLP during crucial periods of financial need. She works with individuals and couples providing goal-based financial plans and strategic investment strategies that help prepare clients to meet their short-term and long-term goals advising in the areas of retirement, Social Security, insurance, investing, tax considerations, and estate planning.

Additionally, Sarah is trained as a neutral for the collaborative divorce process and specializes in helping individuals plan around the financial challenges that come with divorce. She has a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Penn State.

Sarah and her husband just welcomed their newborn daughter, Charlotte, into the family and together with their toy poodle Pisco, they enjoy being part of the downtown Vienna community. Sarah values family and friends, and is currently living greater by working with a Spanish tutor to better communicate with her husband's family, who is from Peru and Honduras.

Sean Beznicki brings a high level of market knowledge and in-depth insight to the firm. He contributes his deep understanding of the capital markets and experience with portfolio positioning, outlook, and implementation toward the investment goals of high-net-worth families, individuals, and small institutions.

Prior to joining VLP, Sean held positions with Glassman Wealth Services and Artemis Financial Advisors, where he worked to create and maintain holistic financial models for clients, as well as with Andersen Tax in McLean, where he served as a trusted advisor to institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Sean holds an M.B.A. concentrated in Finance from the University of Connecticut, and a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Sean and his wife Claire live with their corgi puppy in the Washington, D.C. area where they enjoy the numerous beer gardens, music venues, and strolls through the National Arboretum or Rock Creek Park.

Hallie is our newest client service manager who enjoys developing and strengthening client relationships. She assists our clients with account maintenance, online navigation, portfolio reviews, and proactive support and resolution.


Hallie has a passion for helping others reach their life-long financial goals and comes to us with over 8 years of experience in wealth management. She has worked with a management team supporting over 150 financial advisors with regulatory compliance and alongside a team of financial advisors providing exceptional service to their clients. Hallie is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Information Systems.


Hallie is a Virginia native and currently lives in Vienna with her husband and 80lb lap dog. Living greater for her is spending time with family and friends, cooking new recipes, and cheering for the Hokies and Caps!


Group Investment Committee

In addition to your personal advisory team, VLP also has an internal team responsible for monitoring trends and guiding overall investment strategies. This group of experienced investment professionals meets quarterly—or more frequently, as markets dictate—to review asset performance, consider market conditions, and set forward-looking investment policy.
